Pelvic Floor, Post Natal, Prolapse, & Bladder Physiotherapy
Why choose Catherine?
Catherine has over 15 years experience treating women of all ages, whether they are antenatal, postnatal or menopausal, for bladder and bowel problems, prolapse, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
Why do I need Physiotherapy?
The majority of women will experience some menopause symptoms in their
lives. The reduction in oestrogen levels can lead to loss in the elasticity of
vaginal tissues causing prolapse symptoms and bladder leakage which can
negatively impact on quality of life. It is never too late to address these
issues.
Pelvic floor rehabilitation can increase the tone and strength of the pelvic
floor muscles which can help to alleviate these symptoms.
